We serve residential, commercial, and hospitality clients across Key West and the surrounding areas. Our construction and commercial pipeline continues to grow, with projects ranging from multi-family developments to large-scale commercial and hospitality jobs. What You'll Be Doing Oversee multiple HVAC construction and commercial projects in the field simultaneously Manage install crews and ensure jobs are progressing on schedule Maintain quality control across all active projects Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to keep jobs moving Work closely with the office, warehouse, and leadership team Read and interpret plans, layouts, and project specifications Ensure all installs meet code, manufacturer specs, and company standards Troubleshoot issues in the field and keep projects on track Communicate with builders, contractors, and project stakeholders Track progress and provide updates on timelines and job status What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC experience with a strong background in construction or commercial projects Proven ability to manage multiple jobs and crews at the same time Strong understanding of HVAC system design, layout, and installation practices Ability to read blueprints and coordinate projects from rough-in through startup Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized with strong time management Problem-solver who takes ownership and drives results EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary or hourly pay based on experience Company vehicle and fuel card Phone allowance 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Strong internal support with parts, permitting, and operations Steady pipeline of commercial and construction work Professional environment with no corporate red tape Opportunities to grow with an expanding company Ability to
