Summary
Provides supervision of Organizational-level aircraft maintenance support on
MH-60R/S
series aircraft in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements.
Senior On-Site Supervisor supporting contract maintenance on
MH-60R/S
series aircraft at Station SAR Key West.
Essential Functions
Performs duties as interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and submits required reports
Manage day-to-day operations of Contract Field Team
Perform as secondary interface with Corporate Program Management
Document and submitting Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
Perform as secondary interface with Corporate Director of Quality submitting required reports
Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs
Perform other duties as assigned
Duties
Submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Weekly Activity Report, Payroll, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc.
Provides local oversight of Quality Management System (QMS), training and safety programs
Accountable for assigned Company Owned Property, Government Furnished Property, and Government Furnished Equipment.
Documents work performed on appropriate forms, electronic database and definitive sheets, as required.
Qualifications
8+ years Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) experience
5+ years as Maintenance Officer, Senior Maintenance NCO or equivalent civilian management experience responsible for NAMP
4+ years MH-60R/S or similar aircraft maintenance experience
Secret clearance required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged sitting or standing, use of a computer and office equipment, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires sufficient vision to read and review records and the ability to work in office and hangar environments while wearing required PPE.
Compensation
$120,000-$135,000/year + $4.00 H&W/hour
