Foreman/Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented /Supervisor to lead construction projects with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and blueprints. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor construction progress using Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools; update schedules regularly. Oversee safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards; conduct safety meetings and inspections. Review contracts, change orders, and construction estimates to maintain budget control and scope accuracy. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and communication. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; interpret technical data for team guidance. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing bids like HeavyBid, and controlling expenditures. Supervise team members by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback; ensure a productive work environment. Use tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary on-site; ensure all technical work complies with safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience supervising construction projects with a strong background in heavy civil or infrastructure work. Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and quality control processes. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety procedures on construction sites. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques. Supervising experience with a focus on team leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with pipeline projects or heavy civil infrastructure is preferred but not mandatory.
