Full Job Description General Information:
This is a 40 hr work week position in the field. Operation Manager is your direct supervisor. The field environment is to work hard, be safe, and have fun. Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints. Duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on-site direction on the construction sites.

Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for all activities on site; building from foundation to roof in accordance with the construction plans.
  • Coordinate daily with GC's, vendors, and manpower.
  • Plan and coordinate with Project Manager all daily activities according to the work schedule.
  • Prepare daily reports (including daily photos of work in progress).
  • Plan and monitor all work activities according to the work schedule and provide 2 weeks look ahead schedule.
  • Comply with and maintain all project safety standards, in accordance with the work safety plan.
  • Coordinate jobsite mobilization and demobilization.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Review drawings and project specifications.
  • Submit RFI for review.
  • Operate lull/excavator/bobcat/man lift.
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in shell construction.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • Valid driver's license.

Salary will be determined based off candidate's experience.
