We're looking for a proactive, organized, and safety-minded professional to oversee and coordinate all activities on our construction sites — from foundation to roof. Full-time, 40 hours per week
Field-based role (job sites in South Florida)
Reports to the Operations Manager
Work hard, be safe, and have fun Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities from foundation to roof, in accordance with project blueprints and specifications
Coordinate daily with GCs, vendors, and site manpower
Plan and coordinate with the Area and/or Labor Manager for all daily activities according to the work schedule
Prepare daily reports, including daily photos of work in progress
Plan and monitor all work activities and provide 2-week look-ahead schedules
Perform quality control and safety checks; enforce all project safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Coordinate jobsite mobilization and demobilization
Review drawings and project specifications; submit RFIs for review
Operate equipment such as lull, excavator, bobcat, and man lift
Provide on-site direction and resolve field issues as they arise
Collaborate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in shell construction
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
