We're looking for a proactive, organized, and safety-minded professional to oversee and coordinate all activities on our construction sites — from foundation to roof. • Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Field-based role (job sites in South Florida)
• Reports to the Operations Manager
• Work hard, be safe, and have fun Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities from foundation to roof, in accordance with project blueprints and specifications
• Coordinate daily with GCs, vendors, and site manpower
• Plan and coordinate with the Area and/or Labor Manager for all daily activities according to the work schedule
• Prepare daily reports, including daily photos of work in progress
• Plan and monitor all work activities and provide 2-week look-ahead schedules
• Perform quality control and safety checks; enforce all project safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Coordinate jobsite mobilization and demobilization
• Review drawings and project specifications; submit RFIs for review
• Operate equipment such as lull, excavator, bobcat, and man lift
• Provide on-site direction and resolve field issues as they arise
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years' experience in shell construction
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Computer proficiency (email, daily reporting, scheduling)
• Ability to complete tasks, meet expectations, collaborate, and problem-solve
• Ability to make decisions and lead teams on-site
• Valid driver's license Preferred Experience
• Experience with South Florida building codes and inspection processes
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Education
• No formal degree required; strong work ethic and relevant experience are most important Compensation & Benefits
