Type:
full-time Court Project builds and resurfaces pickleball, tennis, padel, basketball, and multi-sport courts across the Tampa Bay area. We're a fast-growing design-build company looking for a Project Manager to run our jobs from contract to closeout. This is a field-capable PM role, not a desk job and not a full-time site super. What you'll do: Own the schedule and budget on active jobs from kickoff through closeout Coordinate subcontractors (concrete, asphalt, fencing, electrical, surfacing) and keep jobs moving Run site visits and quality checks, catch issues before they become change orders Communicate directly with clients, GCs, and our internal team on job status Support warranty and punch-list closeout after handoff What we're looking for: Real construction field experience, site work, concrete, asphalt, civil, or similar Comfortable reading plans and specs and translating them into a real schedule Organized enough to run multiple jobs without things slipping Someone who can get to a site when it matters, not tied to a desk Sport court experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We'll train you on the surfacing-specific side What we offer: $65,000-$75,000 base, depending on experience, plus performance bonus tied to job profitability A growing company where your decisions actually matter, no layers of bureaucracy Direct access to leadership, real input into how we build and scale Ground floor of a company expanding into new markets If you've run field crews and budgets and want more ownership than a big-company PM role gives you, we want to talk to you.
