About us ASAP is roofing company in Marianna, FL Established 2005. Owner Soren Anniko semiretired and looking replacement to better serve Destin and Panama City areas and to add sheetmetal shop and so more double lock . We looking for partnership with another qualified local builder or roofer to add roofing service. Prefer company already in sheetmetal manufacturing or roofing.
```Duties```:
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule work activities for the construction crew
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to safety standards
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide guidance and training to construction crew members
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses ```Experience```:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge and experience in various aspects of construction, including roofing, and carpentry
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
