Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction projects on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage teams of construction workers, and ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and regulatory standards. Duties Supervise and manage construction crews on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Procore to meet deadlines Review construction drawings and blueprints to interpret technical details accurately for team implementation Monitor construction safety compliance by enforcing OSHA regulations and federal safety standards across all activities Oversee quality control processes, conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulations Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, daily reports, and safety records using Prolog or similar systems Collaborate with project managers to coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and resolve on-site issues promptly Supervise subcontractors and manage crew performance while fostering effective communication among team members Conduct site inspections with tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing and ensure proper use of construction safety equipment Skills Extensive experience with heavy civil or commercial construction projects including pipeline work or large-scale infrastructure Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, Management tools like Primavera P6 or HeavyBid Strong knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately Skilled in project scheduling, budget management, and construction site coordination Proven leadership in supervising teams within a fast-paced environment with excellent crew management skills Effective managerial communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Experience in reviewing contracts, managing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters for quality assurance in electrical installations Knowledge of construction safety management practices to maintain a secure work environment at all times Join our team as a Field Supervisor if you're passionate about leading impactful projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
