Job Description Insight Global is seeking an electrical Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on a major Space Coast project. The Superintendent will own one project and oversee Foremen and electrical field teams.

Project Scope

• Oversees one project at a time
• Typically manages 1-5 Foremen, depending on project size
• Responsible for daily field execution on the Space Coast project
• Project is currently primarily within the planning cycle
• Works closely with the General Superintendent and project-management team Skills and Requirements
• Florida electrical license
• Strong electrical construction background
• Superintendent experience or 5+ years of strong Foreman-level experience
• Experience leading Foremen, crews, and daily field operations
• Ability to manage schedules, manpower, safety, quality, and field productivity
