The company maintains a strong backlog of local work and is recognized for successfully completing complex projects in specialized markets. Job Description
  • Lead field operations on ground-up tilt wall and industrial construction projects.
  • Coordinate sitework, structural, interior, and finish-out activities.
  • Manage subcontractors, safety, quality control, and project schedules.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • 5-8 years of Superintendent experience with tilt wall and industrial construction.
  • Local to the Melbourne/Space Coast market.
  • Strong ground-up construction experience including civil, interiors, and finishes.
  • Experience delivering 2-3 notable tilt wall or industrial projects.
  • Team-oriented professional with strong communication and project knowledge.
