The company maintains a strong backlog of local work and is recognized for successfully completing complex projects in specialized markets. Job Description
- Lead field operations on ground-up tilt wall and industrial construction projects.
- Coordinate sitework, structural, interior, and finish-out activities.
- Manage subcontractors, safety, quality control, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Serve as the on-site leader, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and operations management MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
- 5-8 years of Superintendent experience with tilt wall and industrial construction.
- Local to the Melbourne/Space Coast market.
- Strong ground-up construction experience including civil, interiors, and finishes.
- Experience delivering 2-3 notable tilt wall or industrial projects.
- Team-oriented professional with strong communication and project knowledge.
