Job Description Manage and supervise all phases of tilt wall and industrial construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes on-site. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve project goals efficiently. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Tilt Wall/Industrial should have: 3-5 years experience managing tilt wall and industrial construction projects. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
