????? Join a top-tier general contractor with a robust, long-term pipeline of high-profile work across South Florida. We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the successful delivery of ground-up multifamily and large-scale commercial projects exceeding $100M in the Miami market . This is a key leadership role with a company known for delivering complex projects, maintaining strong subcontractor relationships, and investing in its people. The Opportunity As a Lead Superintendent, you will take ownership of some of the most prominent projects in South Florida, leading field operations from preconstruction through turnover. You'll work alongside a high-performing project team and play a critical role in ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for large-scale projects ($50M+) Develop and execute project schedules , ensuring milestones are met Oversee subcontractor coordination , site logistics, and sequencing Champion a safety-first culture and enforce all site safety protocols Maintain high quality standards and proactively address field issues Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers Drive schedule recovery plans when needed and mitigate risk Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in ground-up construction , including: Multifamily (mid-rise/high-rise) Large commercial/mixed-use projects Proven track record managing projects valued at $100M+ Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage large, complex teams Deep knowledge of South Florida construction practices and codes (preferred) Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Salary Package $150,000 to $200,000 Base (Depending on exp) Truck allowance Cell - Laptop Health | Dental | Vision PTO Sick Days 401k - % Match What's in It for You Work with a well-established GC with a strong backlog and growth trajectory Competitive compensation + bonus structure Comprehensive benefits package (health, retirement, PTO) Opportunity to lead landmark projects in one of the fastest-growing markets in the U.S. Long-term career growth with a company that promotes from within
