Our client, a well-respected South Florida General Contractor, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the delivery of large-scale concrete high-rise residential and mixed-use developments throughout Miami. Responsibilities Assist the Superintendent with the day-to-day management of field operations Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is progressing according to schedule Support project safety initiatives and maintain OSHA compliance Monitor quality control and help resolve field issues Assist with inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and workforce planning Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Consultants Maintain project documentation and daily reports Qualifications 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor Experience on multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, or high-rise projects preferred Understanding of construction sequencing and field operations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for building and developing a long-term career in field leadership Florida construction experience preferred
