Project Executive - Healthcare Construction Miami, FL Our client, a leading General Contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex healthcare construction projects, is seeking an experienced Project Executive to join their growing team in Downtown Miami. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of successfully delivering healthcare projects from preconstruction through completion. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level oversight of multiple healthcare construction projects. Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery with respect to schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations. Drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and manage costs within a job cost environment, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Provide mentorship and leadership to Project Managers and field teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the continued growth of the business. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience , with a strong emphasis on healthcare projects. Extensive onsite project management experience with responsibility for project execution and delivery. Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in a job cost environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead high-performing teams. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience working for a General Contractor on large-scale commercial or healthcare construction projects is essential.
