Job Duties:

Confer with Sr. Project Manager on high-end residential construction project specs & procedures, coordinate project, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction & maintenance of structure, facilities & systems. Supervise the construction project & oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting & implementation. Supervise & coordinate daily fieldwork & solve construction issues that may arise. Coordinate projects, from planning to delivery, ensuring quality assurance, client engagement, & adherence to architectural plans using AutoCAD. Analyze & coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing & budget of project. Complete projects on time & within budget, managing construction schedules. Implement safety measures, resulting in reduction in on-site accidents & injuries. Use project & document management software, including AutoCAD & Microsoft, to develop, update & distribute project plans, i.e. objectives, technologies, schedules, funding & staffing, and effectively manage communication between stakeholders, personnel & clients to ensure project coordination & overall success. Monitor project milestones & deliverables. Create project status presentation for delivery to customers or project personnel. Prepare communication reports, incl onsite conditions, challenges, project improvements & solutions. Work with the estimating team to coordinate procurement. Secure inventory & manage use of construction materials. Periodic onsite inspection, management & logging of progress.
