Job Description Oversee daily jobsite operations for ground‑up, renovation, or expansion healthcare projects. Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule and sequencing. Enforce strict safety, infection control (ICRA), and regulatory standards required in healthcare facilities. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant jobsite while minimizing disruptions to active clinical areas. Monitor workmanship, conduct quality control walkthroughs, and ensure all work aligns with plans, specifications, and AHCA/OSHPD or applicable standards. Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project momentum. Communicate effectively with project managers, facility staff, design teams, and owners. Lead punch‑list completion, turnover, and closeout activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with at least 2+ years in healthcare construction. Strong understanding of hospital protocols, infection control measures (ICRA), and healthcare regulatory requirements. Experience managing construction in occupied or sensitive environments. Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain professional relationships with clinical staff. Solid knowledge of building systems (MEP), life safety systems, and medical facility requirements. OSHA 30 certification required; ASHE or CHC certification a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Bilingual preferred.
