Job Description Oversee daily field activities on a mid‑rise multifamily jobsite, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specifications. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics. Maintain detailed daily reports, site documentation, and schedule updates. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards while promoting a clean, well‑organized jobsite. Solve field issues proactively to keep the project on schedule and within quality expectations. Conduct regular walkthroughs to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance. Work closely with the Project Manager on schedule management, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination. Lead punch‑list, quality control, and final turnover activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground‑up commercial or multifamily projects. Proven background with mid‑rise, podium, or similar‑scale residential construction. Strong knowledge of structural systems, building envelopes, MEP coordination, and multifamily interior finishes. Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain strong relationships on a busy jobsite. Solid understanding of Florida building codes and inspection processes. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
