• Manage 3-4 concurrent airport renovation and restaurant projects valued up to $5M
• Coordinate daily field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Utilize scheduling software and Procore to track project progress
• Maintain safety compliance and OSHA standards across all job sites

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
• Experience managing projects valued between $1M-$10M
• Proficiency with construction scheduling software
• OSHA 30 certification required

Offer Salary:

$95,000-$130,000 base salary plus benefits. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and vehicle allowance provided.
