Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed project schedules project management software to coordinate construction activities effectively. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates, and controlling expenditures with Construction estimating software. ability to oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project progression. Ensure construction site safety protocols are followed diligently in accordance with construction regulations and regulatory compliance standards. Utilize construction management software such as JobTread, or Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, and project tracking. Supervise on-site teams by managing daily operations, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high standard of safety and quality. Conduct project scheduling and construction schedule coordination to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency. Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and progress meetings; adjust plans as needed to meet project milestones. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled accurately. Lead project meetings to communicate updates, risks, and solutions clearly to all stakeholders involved in the project lifecycle. Skills Experience with construction site management across commercial and residential projects. Proficiency in project management software platforms. Proven leadership skills in managing teams within a fast-paced construction environment; excellent communication abilities. Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Skilled in project scheduling techniques including construction schedule coordination; adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
