Residential Construction Project Manager

The project manager will help make sure projects are completed form the time the home is purchased the the time it's flipped or rented. This person not only will schedule work but will assist in the project to help it get to the finish line. We buy properties in Tampa andsurrounding counties. Responsibilities Order material and make sure it's ready for crew or contractors Schedule inspection pre purchase if needed Create scope of work and budget for each property Schedule needed trades for each project Find new subcontractors as needed Experience General Contractor's License 5 Years Experience in Remodeling/Flipping Construction project management where schedule, budget, and quality were met Construction knowledge and ability to help get a project to the finish line Experienced in sourcing material for a job Bilingual is nice but not necessary Clean driving record Who are we?
