Assistant Mitigation Manager

Position Overview:

The Mitigation Assistant Manager, reporting to the MIT Manager, is responsible for the training, development and support for the MIT team members as well as assisting on MIT jobs and providing quality inspections on jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with supervising the MIT team members. Visit jobsite and assist MIT technicians on jobs when needed. Provide quality inspections on job sites. Act as the first line of support when issues arise on job sites. If the issue cannot be resolved escalate the problem to MIT Manager. Review job documentation to in encircle to ensure accuracy. Responsible for the overview of training of new MIT Technicians. Provide 30/60/90 developmental progress of the new MIT technicians to the MIT Manager. Partner with the MIT Manager in recruitment, safety, onboarding, and team member's development. Assist with bio and COVID jobs. Manage all aspects of MIT and Mold jobs. Assist MIT Manager in creating the weekly work schedule for the content team members. Visit homes and businesses to assess the affected content and address the needs and concerns of the property owner. Communicate with the property owners and insurance companies in a timely and courteous manner. Provide professional and outstanding customer service. Updated PSA with log notes regarding jobs. Ensure the team is following WrightWay's policies and procedures. Assist in training the MIT team in best practices for mold and water remediation. Act as a mentor to employees and help team members grow within the company. Communicate necessary information to team members. Ensure all team members follow all safety rules and regulations. Being a positive role model to the team. Ensure the team's display care for client's property. Responsible for the accuracy of all project documentation. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2 plus years managerial experience 2 plus years' experience in related field Xactimate experience Contents Tracker knowledge IICRC certification AMRT Certification Prior success as a MIT Lead Proven leadership skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Detailed orientated. Excels in providing outstanding customer service. Displays a positive attitude.

Pay:

From $70,000.00 per year
