Overview We are looking for a full time skilled & experienced Pool Construction Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of our construction projects. This hands-on role involves managing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring that all work is completed on time, on budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all phases of pool construction projects from groundbreaking to final inspection Collaborate with customers to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet design specifications Ensure all work is compliant with building codes, safety regulations, and our high internal quality standards Resolve construction issues promptly and professionally Qualificiations Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent and/or Site Supervisor Strong knowledge of pool construction methods, materials, and regulations Excellent project management and multitasking skills Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficient in Google Drive, Google Docs, & Google Sheets a plus A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (3+ years) & 21 years or older Benefits Free 24/7 access to a Primary Care Physician upon hiring 401k & Employer match Paid Vacation, holidays, & sick pay Work vehicle provided for travel to and from home to office & job sites 40 Hour work week with overtime available
