South Fl Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage residential shell construction projects Read and interpret construction plans, engineering drawings, and surveys Layout foundations, footings, grade beams, slabs, columns, tie beams, and structural components Oversee rebar installation and ensure compliance with plans and engineeringrequirements Direct crews during concrete pours and ensure proper execution Coordinate inspections and maintain code compliance Monitor quality control, safety, and project schedules Communicate daily with project managers and office staff
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of residential shell construction experience Strong knowledge of foundations, rebar, formwork, and concrete placement Ability to read and understand structural and architectural plans Experience leading field crews and subcontractors Knowledge of Florida residential construction practices and inspections Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
