Job Description

Construction Supervisor Assistant Residential Home Builder - Ocala, Florida We are seeking a dependable and organized Construction Supervisor Assistant to support our residential construction team in the Ocala area.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Construction Supervisor with scheduling and coordinating work activities. Coordinate subcontractor assignments and job site activities. Schedule and track material deliveries. Maintain accurate daily logs and records for each job site. Assist with miscellaneous punch-list and minor repair work as needed. Help ensure projects stay on schedule and job sites remain organized.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record . Reliable transportation. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow directions. Basic construction knowledge and experience in residential building preferred. Ability to perform minor punch-out and repair tasks.
