- Position Summary UBS Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Construction & Fence Supervisor for a full-time opportunity with a construction company.
This position is responsible for overseeing and directing construction and fence installation projects, coordinating job-site activities, supervising crews, and helping ensure projects are completed safely and according to company standards. Previous construction experience is required. Fencing experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct daily construction and fence installation projects Supervise field crews and provide job-site direction Coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment Monitor project progress and workmanship Help ensure jobs remain on schedule Review project plans, measurements, and job requirements Assist with fence installation and construction duties when necessary Communicate job progress, concerns, and material needs to management Identify and resolve job-site issues Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Ensure employees follow company and job-site safety procedures Perform additional construction-related duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
Previous construction experience - REQUIRED (2+months) Proven ability to oversee and direct construction jobs Supervisory or crew-lead experience Leadership and communication skills Knowledge of construction methods, tools, materials, and job-site procedures Ability to read measurements and follow project plans Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Organizational and problem-solving skills Employer has attendance policy Safety-conscious Ability to perform physical construction work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license for required travel and must have transportation High School diploma or
GED Preferred Qualifications:
Fence installation experience preferred Experience supervising fence installation crews Knowledge of wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, or other fencing systems Experience with exterior construction, site preparation, or similar trades Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction professional who can lead a crew while also being willing to work alongside the team when needed . Candidates should be comfortable taking responsibility for job-site productivity, quality, safety, and communication.

Full-Time Salary:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
