Job Description

Luxury Residential Construction Superintendent Build Exceptional Homes. Lead Extraordinary Projects. We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes from groundbreaking through final completion. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring every home is delivered to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proven construction leader with experience managing high-end custom residential projects. You take pride in delivering exceptional work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand the level of detail, communication, and professionalism required when working with luxury homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners. What You'll Do Project Leadership Manage all daily on-site construction activities from site preparation through final completion Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved on time Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and labor crews Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact schedule, budget, or quality Lead jobsite meetings and maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders Quality & Craftsmanship Ensure all work meets luxury residential construction standards and architectural specifications Conduct regular inspections of workmanship and materials throughout every phase of construction Review plans, specifications, and design details to ensure accurate execution Oversee punch-list completion and maintain exceptional quality throughout the project lifecycle Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners Provide regular project updates and maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure project success Deliver a white-glove customer experience throughout the building process Safety & Compliance Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain a safe jobsite environment Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and inspection requirements Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and site records Budget & Resource Management Monitor labor productivity and material usage Coordinate deliveries and site logistics to support project schedules Identify potential cost impacts and communicate concerns proactively Support efficient resource planning and cost control efforts Qualifications Required Experience 7+ years of construction supervision experience Minimum of 3 years managing luxury custom residential projects Experience overseeing custom homes valued at $2M+ preferred Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building systems Skills & Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts Experience with construction management software and scheduling tools Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred Equivalent combination of education and field experience will be considered Preferred Certifications OSHA 30-Hour Certification First Aid/CPR Certification Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or similar industry credential
