We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in high-end residential new construction to oversee the day-to-day field operations of a flagship luxury residential project.

Position Summary:

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to completion. This role requires a strong command of luxury building standards, superior project management skills, and the ability to lead subcontractors and trades in a high-end, fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site operations of a luxury residential construction project Ensure construction is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, suppliers, and trades Conduct regular inspections to ensure work complies with architectural plans, specs, building codes, and safety standards Manage construction schedules, update project timelines, and track progress Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns Enforce job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times Work closely with the project manager, architects, engineers, and ownership team to resolve field-related matters Maintain daily field reports and site documentation Lead quality control and punch list efforts to ensure a seamless project turnover

Qualifications:

Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent, including experience on ground-up luxury residential or mixed-use buildings Strong knowledge of all phases of residential construction, including concrete, MEP systems, finishes, façade work, and vertical transportation Excellent organizational and leadership skills Proficient in construction software platforms (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.) Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate between office and field teams Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not required) Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings High attention to detail, commitment to craftsmanship, and experience in luxury-level finishes and execution
