Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Position requires approximately 50% travel to various company branches and job sites throughout the Midwest, Southeast, and Texas. Lead and organize crews by supervising, coordinating, and scheduling construction or extraction activities. Support crew members with hands-on assistance using tools or equipment when required. Measure, stake out, and mark site locations and structure/equipment placement using appropriate layout tools. Maintain accurate records and reports on staffing, production, and operational activities. Forecast labor and material needs to complete assigned work efficiently. Allocate tasks to employees based on job needs, available materials, and workforce capabilities. Review project documents (e.g., plans and blueprints) to identify construction requirements and establish work procedures. Coordinate field work with other project teams and trades to keep activities aligned and on schedule. Order, request, and track materials, tools, and supplies as needed. Communicate with managers, technical staff, other departments, and contractors to resolve issues and coordinate operations. Monitor job progress and inspect equipment and work sites to confirm safety compliance and adherence to project specifications. No language fluency required.
