Maintain accurate records and reports on staffing, production, and operational activities. Forecast labor and material needs to complete assigned work efficiently. Allocate tasks to employees based on job needs, available materials, and workforce capabilities. Review project documents (e.g., plans and blueprints) to identify construction requirements and establish work procedures. Coordinate field work with other project teams and trades to keep activities aligned and on schedule. Order, request, and track materials, tools, and supplies as needed. Communicate with managers, technical staff, other departments, and contractors to resolve issues and coordinate operations.
