Working Superintendent

• and we're looking for a superintendent who raises the bar on both. Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned Superintendent who doesn't just manage a job site
• they make it run better and faster than it has any right to. You anticipate problems before they cost time. You push trades without burning relationships. You hold quality without slowing the schedule. This is a leadership role for someone who has spent a career in the field and knows what great construction looks like
• and how to deliver it on time. Key Responsibilities Own the job site from mobilization through punch list
• schedule, quality, safety, and trade coordination Drive schedule performance: identify critical path risks early, compress lead times wherever possible, and keep the project moving without sacrificing standards Supervise and hold subcontractors accountable to scope, schedule, and quality expectations Read and execute construction documents with precision
• details, specifications, and full plan sets Maintain clear, proactive communication with the Project Management team: field conditions, schedule updates, risk flags, and solutions
• not just problems Submit detailed daily reports covering labor, progress, deliveries, safety, and open items Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and equipment logistics to keep workflows uninterrupted Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized job sites Represent B&H professionally with clients, inspectors, vendors, and trades Qualifications 7+ years of field experience in residential and/or commercial construction Demonstrated track record running job sites as lead superintendent or foreman Strong ability to read and execute full construction document sets Proven ability to compress schedules while maintaining quality•not choosing one over the other Leadership presence: the kind that gets trades moving without needing to repeat yourself Sound, independent decision-making under field conditions OSHA safety knowledge and enforcement experience Bilingual in

English and Spanish Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$90,000

• $120,000/year based on experience 60-day probationary period PTO and sick time accrued per company policy (available after probationary period) Clear growth path within an expanding firm
