Superintendent We're seeking a Superintendent / Field Manager to oversee day-to-day field activity on our [multifamily / hospitality / commercial] projects in Central Florida. You'll be ownership's eyes and ears on site, working alongside the project manager to verify contractor progress, quality, and safety, and to keep schedules and budgets on track. This role is based primarily on job sites. Responsibilities Monitor daily construction activity, manpower, and progress against the baseline schedule Inspect work for conformance with plans, specifications, and quality standards; track deficiencies through resolution Lead or attend weekly OAC and coordination meetings; identify field conflicts and drive resolution Verify installed quantities to support pay application review Enforce site safety standards and follow up on incidents and corrective actions Document conditions with daily reports, photos, and RFIs; support change order review Coordinate inspections, testing, and third-party consultants Manage punch lists, closeout, and warranty walkthroughs Oversee multiple sites and mentor field engineers or assistant superintendents as needed Qualifications 8+ years of field experience as a superintendent, assistant superintendent, or field manager in education, commercial, multifamily, or hospitality construction Experience on ground-up and renovation projects up to $[50]M in value Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules Working knowledge of Florida building codes, inspections, and OSHA standards Proficiency with Procore or similar field management software, and Bluebeam Strong communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable holding contractors accountable OSHA 30 required; CPR/first aid and other safety certifications preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay:

$140,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
