ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT - ORLANDO, FL
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation's premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Superintendent in the Orlando, Florida market. Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Electrical Superintendent in Orlando, FL is between $100,000 and $150,000. Competitive Compensation Package Bonus Potential Company Vehicle or Allowance Gas Card Health Benefits 401K Electrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations, including manpower, safety practices, and hiring/firing of field personnel Communicate job progress and scope changes with Project Manager Coordinate all electrical work with subcontractors on-site Assist estimating team with pricing, scope changes, and change orders Ensure projects are running safely, efficiently, and on schedule Lead and mentor electrical teams, enforcing best practices Maintain quality control throughout all phases of the project Electrical Superintendent Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents 5+ years of experience running electrical multifamily/wood frame projects ($5M-$10M+) Experience managing crews of 20+ electricians Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years) Strong leadership mentality - proactive and hands-on Solid understanding of NEC codes Journeyman's License Preferred (Not Required) College Degree #BASE1
