Project Manager Assistant - Construction (Experienced only)

If you have construction office or similar trade experience and take pride in staying on top of everything, this is a solid, long-term opportunity with a growing company. What You'll Do Support the Project Coordinator with daily operations and project needs Assist with permitting processes, including applications, tracking, and follow-ups Communicate with homeowners (updates, timelines, questions) Order materials + keep projects moving on time Answer calls + schedule estimates Ensure warranty items are completed Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally Oversee warranty items and make sure nothing falls through the cracks Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Construction office or similar trade experience
