This is a position that is heavy on travel, supporting our many high-profile customers. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and should have very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed. Compensation:

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items. Manage and execute construction projects from planning to completion. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues proactively. Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in commercial construction and all trades. Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents. Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to develop and train teams. Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
