About the Opportunity Livingston Builders is a boutique residential general contractor with 32 years of experience delivering highly customized, luxury construction across Palm Beach, Florida. Our work ranges from intricate historic renovations to large-scale ground-up estates, and we partner with some of the most respected architects, designers, and craftspeople in the industry. We are a small, talented team that works closely together — and we take tremendous pride in the relationships we build, both with our clients and with each other. What to Expect This is a full-time, in-office and on-site role in Palm Beach County. You will work directly alongside the Principals and collaborate with a capable, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys what they do. We move quickly, we hold ourselves to a high standard, and we believe that outstanding client service is the foundation of everything we build. What You Will Do Lead field operations on large-scale, multi-phase luxury residential projects from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy Supervise Assistant Superintendents and field staff Partner with Project Managers to build and maintain master construction schedules Manage subcontractor performance and accountability in the field across all trades Ensure full compliance with local building codes, permit conditions, and inspection timelines Conduct regular quality audits and hold the team to the firm's exacting finishing standards What We Are Looking For 6+ years of field construction experience with 4+ years in a senior supervisory capacity Demonstrated experience on luxury residential or estate projects valued at $5M or more OSHA Certification required; Superintendent license preferred Deep knowledge of structural, MEP, civil, and architectural construction Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills Familiarity with Palm Beach and South Florida building codes and inspection processes Valid driver's license required Benefits Medical and Dental insurance Life insurance 401K with company match (eligible after 1 year) Paid vacation Standard holidays We look forward to reviewing your resume.
