Competitive Salary PTO Exceptional Benefits About Our Client A well-established Florida general contractor is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to its team in the West Palm Beach area. This is a key field leadership position for a Superintendent who can take ownership of day-to-day site operations and drive projects from mobilization through final turnover. You'll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, owners, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality. Job Description Manage all day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects Develop, maintain, and drive the project schedule Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics Lead daily and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings Work closely with the Project Manager to identify and resolve field issues Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure work is installed correctly Maintain high standards for safety, quality control, and jobsite organization Conduct regular site walks and proactively identify schedule or quality concerns Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and local inspectors Manage punch list completion and project closeout Maintain daily reports and accurate project documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of commercial construction field experience, preferably with a general contractor Previous experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent Proven ability to manage subcontractors and daily field operations Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, drawings, and specifications Experience taking commercial projects from the ground up through closeout Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling software Strong leadership and communication skills Safety-focused with excellent attention to quality and detail Based in or willing to work in the West Palm Beach / Palm Beach County area What's on Offer Permanent Superintendent position.
