Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects within the educational, municipal, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing ground-up construction projects for commercial development, schools, and municipal projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for construction projects Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and governmental bodies Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and management Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relevant to construction projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry in Florida Proven experience managing a variety of commercial projects $20MM+ Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. scheduling software, CMIC, Plan Grid) Benefits Competitive Compensation (DOE): $120k
