We're seeking an experienced Electrical Journeyman to lead field operations on mid-to-large commercial construction projects. This is an opportunity to join a growing team where you'll play a key role in managing crews, driving production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe project execution. ????
What You'll Do:
? Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects ? Plan and assign daily work activities ? Coordinate manpower needs with project management ? Ensure installations meet plans, specifications, and code requirements ? Manage material orders, deliveries, and inventory ? Conduct safety meetings and enforce company safety programs ? Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, vendors, and general contractors ? Support project schedules, productivity, and quality control efforts ????
What We're Looking For:
? Journeyman or Master Electrician License ? 8+ years of electrical construction experience ? Commercial construction leadership experience ? Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications ? OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, and Hilti certifications (or ability to obtain) ?
