Construction Supervisor (Substation/ FPL Projects) We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee utility construction projects from start to finish. As a Florida Power & Light (FPL) contractor , safety is our #1 priority. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), safety-driven, and experienced in heavy civil or utility construction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily jobsite operations and field crews Ensure compliance with OSHA, FPL, and company safety standards Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers Review plans and drawings; ensure quality and schedule adherence Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce a zero-incident culture

Requirements:

Construction supervision experience (Substation/FPL preferred)

Bilingual:

English & Spanish required Strong knowledge of heavy civil, utility, or pipeline construction Ability to read and interpret construction drawings OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain) Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
