- Minimum of 10 years of experience in multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work on-site and oversee construction activities directly.
