  • Lead multifamily and mixed-use construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Resolve any construction-related issues promptly to minimize delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project reports to stakeholders and management. Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and oversee construction activities directly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality projects within established timelines and budgets.
