Job Description
job summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent in Pensacola, FL, to provide expert supervision of construction activities. Under the direction of the Senior Superintendent, you will ensure all work on the project site aligns with company policies, job specifications, and safety standards. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on quality execution and production.
Develop and maintain project schedules on a weekly basis, identifying potential deficiencies and communicating needs to the Project Manager.
Conduct weekly jobsite meetings and subcontractor pre-construction meetings to coordinate tasks and monitor progress.
Manage project documentation, including daily logs, as-built drawing updates, and safety hazard assessments.
Foster a culture of safety by conducting daily inspections, facilitating weekly Toolbox Talks, and ensuring full OSHA compliance.
