Traveling Superintendent•
Commercial Construction Location:
Nationwide (Candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S.)
Travel:
Required
  • Home approximately once per month Overview We have partnered with a well-established company in commercial construction general contracting.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced traveling superintendent looking to advance their career with a reputable company in the industry.
Traveling Superintendent Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Traveling Superintendent Position Essential Job Functions:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction projects
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for project assignments
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and building codes
