Position Summary The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily crew activities while ensuring quality control on job sites. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to address construction challenges and maintain project efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct crew members in daily construction tasks. Maintain a written daily log of job site activities. Inspect project sites regularly to monitor progress and plan ahead. Ensure the job site remains clean, safe, and organized. Manage project material submittals and maintain approval records. Open and secure the job site at the start and end of each workday. Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures. Conduct job site risk assessments and implement preventive measures. Provide guidance on specific site hazards (fall protection, PPE, electrical safety, etc.). Identify and document safety concerns, ensuring corrective actions are taken. Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and recommend solutions. Qualifications Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to read and follow safety warnings, labels, and guidelines. Reliable, responsible, and dependable. Effective team players with leadership abilities. Valid driver's license required.
