Construction Superintendent Location Punta Gorda, FL (Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, DeSoto and surrounding Counties) Job Type Full-Time Pay $65,000

• $85,000 depending on experience + performance-based bonuses Job Description Oversee ground-up construction from site work through Certificate of Occupancy (C/O).

Lead field execution across residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Oversee site work, vertical construction, and MEP coordination Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections Maintain daily logs and jobsite reporting (currently using Buildertrend) Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings Schedule and coordinate inspections Ensure readiness for final inspections and C/O Enforce OSHA safety and quality standards Requirements 5+ years Superintendent experience Ground-up construction experience OSHA 10 required (30 preferred) Must pass background check Service area / Travel We serve Charlotte, Lee, DeSoto and surrounding Counties. Some travel may be required in and outside of these areas depending on project needs.
