Construction Administrator

The Construction Administrator provides administrative support to ensure smooth operations of construction projects. This role involves project coordination through managing schedules, communicating with subcontractors, and working directly with field staff. Responsibilities Communicating with subcontractors to ensure they understand the scope of work Coordinating & scheduling sub-contractors for projects Negotiating labor rates with subcontractors Communicate directly with in house field staff to assist with any administrative tasks Working in Buildertrend daily to update purchase orders, build out jobs, and manage requests from the field staff Communicate with equipment vendors to schedule deliveries and pick ups of equipment to jobsites Manage schedules for coordination of in house labor Requirements Previous experience in construction administration or project coordination strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of construction terminology, documentation, and processes. Buildertrend proficiency preferred Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Efficiency with managing schedules Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
