Known for our strong culture, long-term employees, and commitment to work/life balance, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our Site Development and Utilities team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee field operations for Site Development, Utilities, Heavy Earthwork, Excavation, Grading, Concrete (Flatwork and Structural), Demolition Lead crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Coordinate daily site activities, schedules, and resources Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Site Development and Utilities Strong background in heavy civil construction Proven leadership and team management skills Demonstrated longevity and stability in prior roles preferred Ability to manage multiple field operations effectively
