As a Bilingual Superintendent, you'll play a hands-on, field-first role overseeing multiple projects, coordinating trades, and driving schedule, safety, and quality from day one—an exciting opportunity to grow into leadership as the company expands. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Bilingual Superintendent position include:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Construction Supervisor.
  • Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish required.
  • Experience handling 2-4 job sites at a time in different stages of construction.
  • Commercial construction experience required; metal building experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to multiple disciplines including commercial, residential, and/or land development is highly desirable.
  • Oversee day-to-day field operations for multiple active projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to keep work safe, on schedule, and to quality standards.
  • Monitor schedules, conduct site inspections, maintain documentation, and coordinate inspections for code compliance.
Salary:
$80,000 per year.
