Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project manger/ sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, using their expertise to analyze and interpret project plans, and working closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires strong technical skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine the scope of work and the necessary resources.
- Prepare detailed project estimates using ProCore, Primavera, or similar project management software.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements to ensure accuracy of project estimates.
- Utilize Bluebeam or similar software to create detailed schematics and blueprints.
- Collaborate with project managers to review and revise project estimates as necessary.
- Manage project schedules and timelines, including coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, working to resolve them quickly.
- Develop and maintain detailed project records, including project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Provide accurate and timely project estimates to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in ProCore, Primavera, or similar project management software.
- Experience with Bluebeam or similar software.
- Knowledge of Civil 3D or similar construction management software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with heavy equipment and heavy bid software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Full-time Pay:
