This includes scheduling subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Construction Project Manager shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. Duties Follow comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with client specifications and safety standards. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately to guide project execution and ensure compliance with blueprint details. Supervise daily site activities, scheduling subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain momentum and productivity. Conduct multiple daily site visits to monitor progression of the project and the condition of the work space. Manage equipment maintenance schedules and troubleshoot issues with construction machinery or tools promptly. Communicate with clients and team members by using the following: cell phones, email, written logs, and JobTread. Perform quality control duties and responsibility regarding the work being performed. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects with a strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings. Demonstrated knowledge of erosion control methods, heavy lifting techniques, manual handling procedures, and equipment repair. Can manage difficult or emotional client situations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or stakeholders effectively. Writes clearly and informatively.
