What You'll Do Lead all electrical preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, conceptual estimates, detailed take‑offs, value engineering, and construct ability reviews. Partner closely with operations, project management, and executive leadership to align forecasting, scope development, and project delivery approach. Engage early with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure electrical systems are optimized for cost, quality, and schedule. Provide SME‑level guidance to internal teams across multiple concurrent pursuits. Help refine internal processes, tools, and best practices to strengthen preconstruction accuracy and overall project success. What We're Looking For Strong electrical background with deep understanding of systems, codes, and installation methods. Electrical estimating experience preferred (conceptual and detailed). Electrical Project Managers with strong preconstruction exposure are also encouraged to apply. Experience supporting high‑rise, mixed‑use, multifamily, or large ground‑up commercial projects. Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, interpret complex drawings, and lead preconstruction efforts with confidence.
