Assistant Superintendent-Starke, Florida Marmer Construction - 5.0 Starke, FL Job Details 3 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Outdoor work experience Driver's License Productivity software Cross-functional communication Mobile devices Full Job Description Role & Responsibilities Assist with on-site daily project supervision of subcontractors and material deliveries. Assists with project scheduling to ensure all milestones are met, and the project is completed on time. Review quality control compliance to ensure construction and project progression is in line with management and owner expectations. Works with subcontractors, suppliers, visitors, and any other personnel on the project to ensure they maintain OSHA safety compliance throughout the project. Work with the Project Management team to ensure all owner changes are incorporated and completed accordingly. Ensure all proper signage, posters, notices, and MSDS are on site and posted properly. Assist and hold weekly subcontractor and OAC meetings to ensure all participants have current project information and the project schedule is maintained Qualifications & Education Requirements Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Organized, proactive, and willing to take initiative Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and construction-related software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work outdoors and on active construction sites in varying conditions A team player who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and execution A strong work ethic and commitment to Marmer Construction's values of quality, accountability, and professionalism Benefits Competitive Compensation Bonus program 401k Retirement Plan Paid Time off Direct Deposit Paycheck Growth Opportunities Work-Life Balance Individual Recognition Team Building Open Communication Please submit references and salary requirements with resume.
